About Therapy
When you first get in touch, we’ll usually arrange a free 15–20 minute phone or Zoom call. This gives us both the chance to see if I’m the right therapist for you.

During our sessions, you can expect me to listen carefully and without judgement. I won’t tell you what to do, but I may ask thoughtful questions to help you better understand what you’re experiencing and why.

Once we’ve explored what’s going on for you, we’ll work together to identify what you’d like to change and look at ways to help you move towards that.

Then together we'll use a combination of your abilities, and resources and my knowledge and training to work out a practical plan to move you forward. From the first session I will work to help you feel better, more hopeful and forward looking.
