I wanted to thank you for the three sessions. They have been genuinely transformative and although behaviour change is in its early stages, as you mentioned last week, it seems like something has clicked. . . . I wanted to write to thank you for genuinely having a profound impact on how I conduct my life.
I was impressed by how Anne not only understood the issues that I came to her with, but rapidly seemed to identify the essence of my difficulties. She sensitively explored my concerns and together we came up with some solutions. I found her to be a patient listener with an astute aptitude for helping me make the necessary changes.
I came to Anne at a time where I was really struggling with my mental health. By listening and tailoring the sessions to what I needed, I feel like me again, but with a toolkit to support me when times inevitably do get tougher again.
