How long will it take?

I will aim to have as few sessions as possible to achieve your goals, while going at the pace that is right for you.

Sometimes only a few sessions are required. A chance to talk things through, or to learn a few new strategies or skills, take on board mindset shifts or new understandings about emotional health.

Sometimes it takes a little longer to gradually move things forward to a better place, to shift old patterns into new, healthier ways.

Where do you work?

I have a dedicated therapy room in a calm, peaceful garden surrounded by common land.

It’s a quiet relaxing space which is very secluded. There is parking on site and a toilet available.

I can also, where appropriate, do home visits.

how much do you charge for sessions?

 £70 per session (60-75 minutes)
Longer sessions are charged pro rata
